PeLican School of Motoring launched in March 1991 and is run by Tim Grace who is a fully-qualified Driving Standards Agency Approved Driving Instructor, (highest) Grade 6, with 20 years' experience, teaching people of all ages and abilities to become safe, confident drivers who can pass their test.

He is also a Member of the Motor Schools Association of Great Britain and the Institute of Advanced Motorists.
